    I done 75 yesterday and 75 today...
    So....I fell off the band wagon...BUT I'M BACK!!! More Ready than ever!

      Be very careful when doing those roll exercises...they can strain your back if you are not very careful! Tip from one of my trainer friends...

          120 crunches
          20 bum raises
          1 hour of power yoga with some ab work

          440/1600 crunches
          One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

            Oh Lord! I missed Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday... so I decided to make them all up today!!!! I just finished doing 375!!!!!
            I will definitely feel them tomorrow!
            Female 5'4" 26yrs

            Lowest weight: 123 (2006)
            MG 1: 150 MG 2: 140 MG 3: 135
            12 lbs lost!

                        Instead of sitting up this morning to get out of bed, I kind of rolled off the side! Hurts like heck!

                          I know that we are already part way through april, but I would like to join the abs challenge for the rest of the month if that is okay-


                          I pledge to do 25/day for the rest of the month- so that makes 425 for the month of april.

                              This evening I did:

                              120 crunches
                              20 reverse crunches
                              20 leg raises
                              20 bum raises

                              starting to see a difference in my abs...WOOOHOOO!!!
                              One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.
