      Haven't posted in a few days, so catching up:
      Thursday - Turbo Jam
      Friday - Hip Hop Abs
      Saturday - Turbo Jam
      Not sure what today will be.

      I weighed and measured today. Since Ash Wednesday I lost 4lbs and 10.5 inches. I'm happy about the inches, would've like to see more pounds disappear, but, I'll take it.

        qbu - That sounds like great progress! I've lost 6 pounds - each one a challenge - since Christmas. And the way I've been eating this Easter weekend, I've likely undone a lot of that.

        Oh well, onward and downward (in pounds that is)!

        30 minutes recumbent bike today in intervals. I haven't been in a video mood for awhile.

          I did another tae bo yesterday.
          Today I feel really pooped so I call it a restday, just can't seem to get myself in gear, yah it is TOMweek.

                    Simply commit to doing either so many videos or minutes of videos for the rest of April. Some are going by minutes. I'm going by just working out with any of my workout videos, even though I'm modifying like crazy for health conditions. I committed to 15 for the month, figuring at least one every other day... Going better than I planned!

                    Make your own personal goal, announce it here, and report in every time you do one! Easy-peasey!

                    These challenges are fun! I get really motivated by what others are doing!! And totally fired up when I can report in!!

                          One workout video in: 7/15 for the month.

                          Planning on a doing a hand-weights video tonight. If I can't ride outside, I'll do weights on the inside!

                              No weights last night, will do them today.

                              However, did complete another video. Half way to commitment of 15. They are getting easier to do with this atrophied leg. Definitely improvement in those muscles.
