Okay, I know you are out there. You need a little motivation to exercise but you don't want to join the 6 WEC because you don't want to measure or post any stuff like that. Well this challenge is for you.
You decide what you want to sign up as your activity and you can change it any time you want to and do several different ones at the same time.
You don't have to pay a thing, you can win the awards but not order then if you don't wan to, you can log all your stuff daily or once a week, you can even decide how hard you worked out each day.

There are different fitness levels, too. You pick what you want: beginner, regular exerciser or top level competitor and the points you win are graded on that scale you select.
This is how you join the ADBB group challenge after you set up your account.
You go to the YOUR GROUP tab at the top of your home page

Still not decided? Well, the weekly results will be posted for all members on
Sunday's so we can all see who needs a reminder to do the mandatory exercise part of the their Atkins and who is kicking butt and kicking that body fat to the curb.

For anyone who meets their daily activity goal 5 days a week, for 6 weeks, as part of the Active Lifestyle program. You'll also receive five star stickers; each time you complete the program, you can apply one to your certificate.

For anyone who earns 20,000 points in the Presidential Champions program (or 40,000 points in the Advanced Performance Presidential Champions program).
Presidential Champions Silver Award
For anyone who earns 45,000 points in the Presidential Champions program (or 90,000 points in the Advanced Performance Presidential Champions program).
Presidential Champions Gold Award
For anyone who earns 80,000 points in the Presidential Champions program (or 160,000 points in the Advanced Performance Presidential Champions program).
Platinum Award
For anyone who earns 500,000 points in the Presidential Champions progam (or 1,000,000 in the Advanced Performance Presidential Champions program).
