      469 calories burnt from a 1 hour 5 minute walk with my gf.

      It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Wednesday, 6/6: 6.3 mile run, 607 calories burned. It was so oppressively humid out there, I had to walk a little. The temp was 79 and the humidity was 91%, with no wind.

        Tonight is our first bowling night .. wonder how many calories 3 games of bowling burns?

            542 calories for me today. 35 minutes on the bike, 5 minutes on the treadmill, and 20 minutes on weights.

            BTW, for grins I plugged in bowling and at my weight, one hour of bowling showed 360 calories burned. I'm not sure how you would time that and I guess if you only hit strikes you would actually burn less calories (not counting the jumping up and down, of course)! LOL
