Add 500 calories today for my 35 minute bike and 20 minute weight workout, but please subtract 150 calories for me for the past two days. I'm not sure what happened, but somehow my program overestimated the calories burned. I think it estimated it based on when I was at a higher weight. Oh well, it is correct now. Thanks!
I did 8k (5 mile) on the rowing machine this evening, spent 40 minutes on there, and its fair to say that by bottom hurt a lot after finishing. According to the rowing machine it was only 442 calories, I am sure it must have been more than that as it didnt ask my weight age and gender. Anyway

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
