    I did 20 minutes on the ball this morning. I'm gonna try for another 20 minutes when I get home this afternoon, but I'll report that later after it's officially done.

    Purple Rain, I would think that counts. It takes a lot of effort to do exercises on the ball and your sweat was a good indicator of that! Nice to have you with us!

        i could have sworn that i posted to pr's rolling action today but it isn't there. maybe i stuck it in another forum or sent it in a pm. lol
        of course it counts. you were working your core muscles and i've added those minutes to your count.

        good work, bio, on adding another 20 minutes for the day.

            25 minutes total

            jackknife, hamstring flexion, bridges and wall squats. Each - 2 sets of 15.
            5 min stretching

              Sweet, I've rolled off many times on the ball, especially the first few weeks during the learning curve. I wondered if I would ever get the hang of it. Even though I'm a lot better than when I first started, I still find myself face down on the carpet every now and then.

              This morning, I did 20 minutes of stretching, crunches, and lower body exercises.

                      17 minutes trying to remember the balance ball stretch tape along with some bridges, abs, lunges.

                      i was showing jack all the new stuff i've been doing while he was messing around on the computer. i'll add a few more minutes to the total and add 25 instead of 17

                                Did 20 minutes this morning of yoga and ab work, also did some curls with weights while sitting on the ball.

                                Can't wait to get my new dvd in the mail this week so I can work out on the ball along with that. Pilates on the Stability Ball...sounds interesting.

                                Great job team for all the minutes logged so far!
