            I did 20 minutes on the ball this morning, which means I've reached goal for the month! I'll keep continuing to do 'em, too.

              it certainly does mean that you have completed another month and with plenty of time left over! you're gonna have to really up those minutes, bio!

                  everyone's doing so great! i'm very proud of each of you for getting so much done!

                  lets all try to make our goal! we'd be the first in the history of the adbb for ALL challengers of a challenge to make goal.... i'm pretty sure about that! lets make history, girls!!!
