      20 minutes on the ball this morning. Ahhhhhh stretching felt good.

      So...I've surpassed my goal if my math is correct....I'm thinking I'm at 310/300, but will wait for you jimmie to tally it up to make sure.

                i can't hardly believe i let so much time go by without doing any ball work.

                i did 15 minutes of Ball and Band, level 2. this is what i found out..... my band is shorter than the ones used on the dvd. i swapped the band for my weights in one part.

                  okay, girls, we on at the last day of august and the last day of this months challenge.

                  are there any updates? i'd love to see everybody gain the award this month! not only for the sheer pleasure of having everyone earn something but i know the benefits you reap from being active and fullfilling your commitments.

                    Hi everyone! I've been exercising, I've just been to busy to post. Let's see what I've got!

                    8-29: 15 min

                    By my calculations thats 255 min. So, 45 min to go today and I've already done 10.
