              just finished up with 25 minutes

              10 minutes of lower body and 15 minutes of balance ball stretch.

                    I've been sick the past couple of days, but I believe I'm recovered now. Since I woke up extra early & can't get back to sleep *grrr* I did a short 10 min stretching routine on the ball this morning.
                    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                        Oh well, I had such good intentions but just got back to a computer tonight after being out of town since the 17th. That means I was away from my stability ball too.

                        I hope the good news is I'm ready to try it again for October. And I think I found a great package at Costco. They have a fitness package "3 in 1 Ball, The Complete Collection". It includes an 192 pg book, 3 workout DVD's, 26" ball, stretchband and a resistance web to place around the ball. The whole package was $20 and goes into a great amount of detail. Check it out everyone
