    grant, it depends on what i do.
    if i do stretching, i log it under that
    if i am doing weight work, i log it under weight training using either the light or medium.
    for just cardio, i've always logged the stuff under calisthenics.

    i've complained to the powers of the site that stability ball should be added but it's been a no go so far.

            OK let me catch up ........

            I am up to 135 for the month so far I normally do 10 minutes each night after my ELiptical but last night I did 15! I do abs, and some back stetches, and leg lifts. I have not done any others because I don't know alot to do with it. If anyone has a favorite they would like to share I am looking for more to do?????

              heidi, i just recorded the 135 for the 12th instead of placing something each day. i'm up to speed with your totals now.

              i personally like doing weight work on the ball. if you check out the spark people site (found in the very first post of this thread ) you can search through that fairly easily and see quite a few stability ball exercises.
              i also like the benefit of the leg/ball squeeze that i do. simply lay on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor. place the ball between your knees and then squeeze. this is a great workout for the inner thigh.

              i think i have everyone updated. i've been slacking a bit too, but promise to pick up the pace.

                Got my 20 in this morning of upper body moves, abs, and stretches. I also tried a new move that mimics swimming by using exercise bands held in place by my feet and the other ends at my hands to create more resistance as I "swim." The ball is at my lower torso/abs area.
                HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                          And today 9/14 I took a day off from the Stability Ball

                            Thanks for the reminder, Jimmie! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance that day to do a second set. Sometimes, work gets in the way while I'm at work! LOL

                            Here's my update over the last few days:

                            9/14- 20 min of stretches and lower body moves
                            9/15- 30 min of stretches, upper body, and abs.
                            9/16- 20 min of stretches, lower body, and abs.
                            HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                            Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
