That's weird, either someone deleted my post or I did it when I was intending to edit it?
I had asked it was OK if I got a late start and joined the challenge. I've been doing so much walking/bicycling that I feel like I'm neglecting the rest of my body. I bought a ball yesterday and tried some of the various things included in the booklet. It was surprisingly difficult, I could really feel the muscles burn. I also fell off it once while doing jacknives but I suppose control will come with practice. =)
I'm planning on doing 20 minutes, 3 days a week for 240 minutes total.

Sun, Sept 2 = 20 min of stretching and ab work
Mon - Wed = 20 min each of stretching and lower body work (knee is bothering me for some reason.
Today no ball work.
HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7 Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
Just thought I should post and tell you I am doing my stability ball exercises but I've decided to just post them all, once a week. I'm keepin track on paper though.
