    Done my first 20 minutes this morning. I'll report back later after I do the second set.

              My second set on Sunday was 10 minutes.

              This morning, I did 20 minutes of abs, lower body, and stretches.

              I'm glad to see so many familiar and new faces!!!

                  nothing for me yesterday.

                  everyone's doing great so far! the 15th is only a few days away and ya'll should be just about at the half way point then. things are looking good!

                    I just found this challenge and even though your almost half way through can I join?????? I don't do a ton on my Ball but I do about 10 minutes everynight! If I can count what I have allready done put me down for 300 if I can only start tonight then put me down for 200 ........ if it's too late then I'll try anc catch a challenge next month!!! This one I won't fail on I promise

                            of course you can join, heidi! since you have your minutes already recorded lets just start you from your beginning and i'll put you down for 300.
                            all i ask now is you give me an update for what you've already done. i don't nees the dates so much, just a grand total will do.

                              More people joining! I'm lovin' it!

                              This morning I did 20 minutes of mostly stretches and abs. I will most likely do another set around noon to wind down from swimming and water aerobics, both of which have made my muscles tight. Guess I'm using muscles I normally don't use.
