        I have a few updates to add .......... I have been slacking about posting them but keep track on a little sticky note on the wall near my ball. I added two new excercises so I am doing 15 minutes each day now which feels good I would like to add another 5 this week!

            Good job adding some new exercises in, Heidi! The ball is addictive!

            This morning, I did 20 minutes of lower body exercises, abs, and stretches.
            HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
            Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                      Heidi, sometimes it's good to take a break! You're in quite a few challenges, so maybe your body was telling you something?

                      This morning, I did 20 minutes of stretches, upper body weights, and abs.
                      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
                      Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                        Rest days are good! Gives your muscles a chance to repair all the little tears you get form exercising (or so I've read).

                            I'm pretty sure. I found it in the popular exercise reference guide "Recovering from Addiction: Computer Gamer's Guide to Bulging Biceps".

                            Also wanted to add, got some gumption this evening so did another 15 minutes of stab ball work.

                            Exactly the same exercises as this morning, including the overhead thingies. (I'll try to figure otu the real name tomorrow )
