    ds didn't have fb practice today... came home at three and hijacked the tv watching... try and guess... Monday nite football! yes!
    so, complained to dh about inability to do sn6... and he fixed the tv in the bedroom by connecting the dvd player so now I'm am so completely set I have no excuses... I got it done by 9:30... then I cleaned the bathroom and scrubbed the tub! I'm so stoked that he got it connected for me! It's been a pain having only one dvd player in the house with a fb addict! geez! anyways, workout went great... also found my rubberbands... have been doing the ramp it up with wts as I couldn't find them... and I blamed my dd... oops! sorry honey! (they were in the top drawer of my dresser! lol! right under the tv. ha!)

      RIU 8/36 done!

      Still getting my handed to me on those forward lunges, but other than that, it's coming along nicely. Once again this morning I REALLY didn't want to do it, but I squeezed it in between Nikole and Sammy going to school. (Nikole has to get up at 5:45am and Sammy doesn't get up until 7:30am) So here it is, 7:36 and I'm done for the day. Ahhhh.

      Liz- Three points for your dh getting you set up!!

        Did RIU last night and this morning. For some reason I woke up at 6 and was just ready to go. Weird? anywho - atleast im done for the day! yay!!!

            Ya'll are doing great! I did my power 90-played on laptop, while listening to The Biggest Loser--multitasking for me!

            It somehow made the jumping jacks less painful. I'm even doing Power Yoga. I really like the kicks and punches--helps me get out the aggression I develop throughout the day.

                So I've got a new child - she's my 13 year old neice....
                and I told her that since she will be living with me now, she has to do one chore a day - which is to ramp it up, lol! how mean I am! but we RIU (my 2nd time yesterday) while watching the biggest loser - shes a pro! this just might work out after all! yay!!!!

                  RIU is mostly done for the day. I had to cut it a bit short being I had to be at Sammy's school this morning for some volunteer work and I've got meetings after that.

                        Well I'm glad no one was in the ladies room when I went in there, because they would have been worried about the groaning I did trying to sit down and stand back up. Oh my gawd, my stupid thighs are KILLING ME!

                          Hello all sorry I haven't posted in a few days. I got a late start to my workouts this week, unfortunatly.

                          I did manage to get Burn it UP in there last night and I'm gonna do one of my new workout tapes tonite, not sure if it'll be mix it up or tear it up, we'll see.

                          Glad to see everyone is doing well, oh and M. Phoebe so sorry to hear about the burning thighs, careful going up and down stairs. I once got a cramp going up the stairs so bad I had to sit there on the step and work it out. It wouldn't have been so bad except it was at work and some of my co-workers were with me, rather embarressing, lol.

                            Got my Burn it Up done earlier tonight.

                            This is Week 3 Day 6 for me, and tomorrow is my rest day.

                                I had to skip past several parts of Burn it Up tonight.

                                I took my 5 year old to a skating party late this afternoon, and being that it was my first time on roller scates in over 20 years, I did pretty good - right up until the last ten minutes when I took an INCREDIBLE spill.

                                One knee and one wrist took it pretty bad, but the worst is that one of my daughter's skates went straight into my chest and I got the wind knocked out of me.

                                The oblique crunches were impossible after that, as well as several of the other moves - it just hurts too bad in that muscle right behind my right breast!

                                Gonna take some Tylenol or something and call it a night.
