    Caryl!

I'm so proud of you! What a great ambassador you are! Maybe your postings will help some of those folks find a more satisfying & healthy way to get to their goal.

I can't believe this but I didn't even THINK about SI6 last night. I've got no good excuse either!

Thanks for the pep talk - hope the rest of the team here sees it & gets motivated like I just did!

Yoly - please tell me if you think buying that new package was worth it? I do NOT want to be exercising for an hour every night after this (let alone 80 minutes! good grief! we have lives people!!). So maybe alternating the shorter tapes on various nights might just be the right fit for me.
Hi Wendy, so sorry it has taken me this long to get back to you. I was out of town this weekend and just got a chance to check the boards. The second set of tapes are just a lot more of the same moves with a few added ones to mix it up a bit. I don't know if they are actually necessary or not, maybe if your in a plateau or something but I am so glad that I bought them. For me to continue to lose weight its going to take those killer 80 minute workouts so that works for me. If your looking for something shorter, Power 90 is about 30 minutes one day and 45 the next or so, that may be a better alternative, not sure if you already have it or not. I hear you get increadible results with that one too but for me it doesn't work enough of the lower body which is what I need it for. Amother thing about these new Si6 tapes is that they rely on weights a lot more, and there are a ton of extra upper arm moves. It seems kind of skimpy on the waist work which is the part that I really notice during the first Si6. Not sure why that is, of course I haven't done all of the tapes yet so maybe there is a specific tape that focuses on that area more.

      Goodluck!

As for me I haven't worked out with ol' Debbie since last thursday so it was a challenge for me to get going last night but I did it. I decided to do Tear it UP, cause I was sick of being scared of it and putting it off. I had limited time though so I fast forwarded through some of the stretch band routine and moved right along, unfortunatly just then I got an unexpected visitor and was unable to finish, darn! I did do about an hour of it so I feel great, I am feeling my whole body today, especially the back of my shoulders, my hamstring and my butt. Funny because I really didn't think I worked out those areas very much but that's what's hurting today. After work I"m going to do Firm it Up, the kick *** lower body workout. Maybe afterwards I'll pop in ramp it up and do the waist routine a couple of times, I need to get into that area more then I am doing with these new tapes.

Catch you guys later, hope everyone is doing great with their excercise.

OMG! I really didn't think that that Tear it up was all that, I thought it was easier also becuase I skipped the section with resistance bands but right now I have to reassess my prior misconception. THat workout kicked my butt! I am so sore today, and I haven't been sore in a while, not like this. It hurts to sit down or bend over, my hamstrings and butt are just hurtin!

        OUCH!

Gonna go home and do more lower body, it's time to kick my butt in gear.

Took a day off yesterday, my hamstrings were killing me! This morning I did Shape it up. That was the workout I was looking for. It worked out my entire body all in one workout and I felt really drilled afterward. It was a little long, 80 minutes total but it was worth it. Thank goodness it's out of the way, now I can get focused on everythign else I need to do.

I'm here! I've been locked out! But I can post again now apparently. I've done my BIU 2 more times since I last posted. Caryl's post really lit a fire for me!

Thanks Yoly for the info on the new series - I think I will buy it.

Took a day off from Debbie Siebers to work on a reconstruction project at my friend's house. I'm not sure which one is harder, 7 hours of tearing down walls or 80 minutes with the squat ****. Planning on doing the same today too so I won't get Si6 in until earliest tomorrow.

Ok I'm off to go sand floors, patch up windows, fill in grout, and tear down some more walls.

I haven't SI6'd this weekend - but I did get a good workout moving furniture & painting out my daughter's room. Even my little girl's muscles are sore - she was a real trooper with the painting part!

I won't get it in tomorrow because I'm in classes the next three Monday's from 5-9.

My dh bought me a gym membership so am going to check that out and start doing classes there... time for me to become social again! I miss human contact! lol! and that **** dvd drives me nuts... her lips are out of sync with the words for one thing which... day after day annoys me... and she says the same thing over and over! I could say it in my sleep sometimes... and it agrivates my neck...(old injuries...) so... sorry for 'quitting' but I just can't stand it any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!! However... if I don't see the results I want... will consider it again... it does work!
hugs to all of you! You are amazing for being able to stick with it! It is the hardest thing EVER!!!!!!!

Hey Speedy good for you girly, how are your workouts coming. Great I hope!

I have been doing some unconventional excercise and stopped with Debbie Siebers only because at the end of the days I was too tired to move, let alone work out with the pixie of pain.

But today I did it again, thank goodness, so I hope to alternate between working on the house excercise and Slim Series.

Tomorrow morning I may get up early and get a workout in, I hope I can make it. I'm staying up late to work on an assignment and I already can feel the tiredness setting in. I may not get up in the morning but I'm definatly planning for it.

Great job on starting over, that's the only thing we can do really. When we screw up we pick right back up where we left off and give it another go. It would be worse if we did nothing at all.

                          You can do it girly.
