        Jimmie, I am in again. This month put me down for 150. 200 nearly killed me last month with being sick for a couple of weeks and trying to make it up, and this month I am going to vary my workouts some. I am back at the gym doing weight workouts and think I may try to start running some.

        BTW, I got in 15 miles this morning again on the bike.

                                How the heck do you get 18 miles in and then treadmill...lol..My elliptical battery died and I did 45 minutes at a resistance of 7 I have no clue how much that is..so that bites for me. .LQQKING around for some batteries LMAO!!
                                I got in 2.2 miles on the treadmill...I'm hoping at a 5 incline going 3.7 mph will help me lose this stuff that I swear wasn't there when I looked in the mirror last
