Evening everyone
Well I put on the pedometer this morning... ...so with my walking today and then I did 30 mins. on the elliptical 8,394 steps = 3.43 miles..I'm LQQKIN at that little thing thinking it sounds like more,shaking it don't help..wait justa minute here it would help wouldn't it..(snicker) !! lol tomorrows another day.
