Evening...
I got my walking in at work today..but when I went down to excersize my phone rings..now I'm not a phone person..I hate it actually but my one and only girlfriends selling her house(gong through a D)..and she got a signed whatever you call it and has to be out in a month so she had to tell me..great for her.......then rings again in 3 minutes this time my daughter ...so there it was an omen no workout tonight..lol..didn't even have to twist my arm...Actually I've worked out for the last week with no break so 1 nights o.k..I hope

Okay - I got home really late from work and then chaos at home... I ALMOST talked myself out of walking on the treadmill and I tried to rationalize that I had already walked 1.5 miles with the pedometer throughout the day.... However, I would have done that anyways - And, I am new to exercising so until it becomes routine - I need to do it everyday even if it is a little bit....
So today - Wednesday I only got in one mile -- but I worked for that MILE

No right now I am just trying to count the mileage on the treadmill - the thought process behind this is right now - is that I would have walked those miles already and just not have known it... Since I need to get into a routine of exercising regularly I am trying to keep them seperated so that I can push myself just a little further on the treadmill in order for it to become a routine for me. Once I get to where I will excerise without thinking about it I will start adding them together
Actually - Right now I have to give myself little white lies... just 10 more minutes... just 20 more calories... just another quarter mile... okay now I need to walk slow for 5 minutes to cool myself down - soo far I am believing my own self and keep going
