            o.k. so today was Feb. 13th and I got in another 5.5 today

            Thank you guys..it's an awesome feeling ..I've never been part of anything like this ...it's a great feeling..and it's especially nice knowing someone else thinks you matter and takes the time out to say a kind word..Thank you for that !!

                Okay I really hurt my knee during jump roping today (very swollen at this point) - I tried to do the treadmill at very low pace but was only able to get .75 miles before I had to quit --- hopefully after icing it down and staying off the rest of the night it will feel better tomorrow

                  i hope it does feel better tomorrow but if not, don't reinjure.
                  you are on track and can afford taking a day off.

                        6 miles this week. The eliptical was broke and just got it fixed a couple days ago. Next week should be much much more. YEAh!
