o.k. so today was Feb. 13th and I got in another 5.5 today

Okay I really hurt my knee during jump roping today (very swollen at this point) - I tried to do the treadmill at very low pace but was only able to get .75 miles before I had to quit --- hopefully after icing it down and staying off the rest of the night it will feel better tomorrow
