    Hi ladyHawke, welcome back

    Fatbottomgirl - how's about swimming - no weight bearing, take it gentle should be ok. Hard to rack up the miles with that though.

    Ran 2.29 miles today = 9.08 running miles so far. GOT to do this!

        I have been slacking off, but am back on track. I will have to get to the gym and use the bike to make up some of these miles.

          Sorry to hear your knee is still bothering you Mel..time is what you need, don't push it for a challenge..you'll have plenty of time when it feels better to join back in...my hubby is a Carpenter and for years he'd do tile and carpet installation he started that at about 18 years old..this past year he had to have knee surgery because he pushed it to much..he said it was his age..lol..he's 40..I said he had to get up off his knees !! but the point is take it easy before you do some permanent damange!!

                                Okay - I am going to have to count my steps towards my mileage if I have any hope of reaching my goal since I am not doing the treadmill (have seriously considered the butt-skooting move though) 1.54 miles for today (very tenderly)
