        YEAH - I'M SHOUTING AND NOW DANCING

        11 miles pedalling away at my desk and 1 mile walking gives me 12 miles & I only needed 10.14

                Mel...all that bouncing around....you might hurt your self again...LMAO!!! Awesome job!!! I'd be bouncin toooo....
                I still haven't lost any weight..and no I haven't measured either...I've been afraid to..lol..theres not 1 piece of clothing thats fitting any different
                I know what my problem is still,it's not enough eating...I try and try and try.I think I'm doing great then I go to fit.com and post every little morsel and still not enough..I get discouraged...I've been to busy and tired when I get home to come on line much but I want to post in Journal chat...I need the help and guidance...encouragement. My body is so used to getting up at 5 walking all day at work and not sitting down til after 7 and bed at 9..so the 15,000 steps and more a day..isn't budging the excess fat.well hey......it's Friday.

                      Char - I UNDERSTAND completely... you'd think with all the exercising I have been doing I would see something - but clothes still fit okay (some are baggier than others - but no pants falling off when I walk either)... I try to stay away from the scale as it doesn't budge. I have been at 170 for couple of weeks and did this when I was at 175 - took 3 weeks before it changed. Before I could measure and see the change - but now even that has stalled. However, I know I FEEL better and from past experience it will work for me - I just have to be patient (which is not my strong suit) - which is why these challenges are SOO important to me. It's so funny because for example with this challenge the thought of making my goal and getting my virtual award for everyone to see was important. It reminds me everytime I get online that I am achieiving/achieved my goal(s). And because of this has inspired me to increase my goals (drastically) for the next month - even if the scales don't change and measurements stay the same I will know I am on track and it will come off (maybe I am building some muscle finally which is causing the issues with measurments & weight).

                      Hang in there - you are on of the people that INSPIRE me to keep trying!! I enjoy reading your emails and seeing how far you've come. We can do this

                            i did that kind of hopping around when i hit the summit of Mt. Everest (virtually) last year. i know your excitement!
