                  Thanks for updating the numbers, Jimmie. I haven't been on the ball lately (chuckles) because I've been home sick with the darn flu! Feel tons better today, but not enough to workout. Maybe tomorrow?

                          bio, yes there is a level III. i did that one just 1 time for the last 20/24 challenge. what a killer! i've done level I a mess of times and so much of it is getting way to easy. level II is not as hard now but the squats give me problems. i really have to take it easy on those.
