    ITA! I kinda had that "ehh maybe I won't work out today" feeling but thought about all of you and this challenge and got my butt in gear! This is the exact reason I wanted to be in a challenge, it makes me more accountable, otherwise I can talk myself out of working out very easily! LOL!

                Mel you are really racking up the miles already..whoo...hooo....I need to get my butt in gear between u ,..heck I can't name everybody...how the heck you guys getting 20 somethin miles on the bikes!!! darn it I need me one of those.... that treadmill whoops my butt after a miles!!!

                  Just think Charks - one day we will also have the stamina like Jamiemarie and gonnabeskinny (just to name few) to post those great big numbers... In the mean-time I will proudly take the miles we get each day! I can't believe what an OUTSTANDING job everyone is doing to date!!!

                      Char ITA! I did 6.5 miles on a bike today and my butt was sore! LOL! BUT it was easier and faster than doing 4 miles on my treadmill! LOL! I might have to start swimming to get my miles up too! Tomorrow tho back on the tready, gonna go for 5-6 miles.

                      So for my total on Thursday--18 miles/100 miles

                        My phoneline was down again and I can't tell you how impressed I am with all the miles you guys have done since my last update ~ WOW!!!!! Its a total of over, OVER 200 miles! WOW!!!!!!!!!


                        When you post your miles, please just post the miles you've done ~ please don't re post miles from a previous post. It confuses me Thanks you

                            When I ride my bike my butt hurts too. Between the gel seat plus my own cushioning you'd think it wouldn't ~
