        Ohhh yes! The muscle on my leg by my knee kind of (sorry I have no techinal words. LOL) is definately cut... so is my bicep and tricep and my butt is definatly looking better. LOL. Seeing a reduction of cellulite (thank you Jesus!) and thats all for now. I did have 2 c-sections so my stomach is definately not in any shape to be seing any lines yet, but I can definately feel it and I know I've lost several inches off my abs!

        Tomorrow is 2 weeks back ona nd I will take new pics and measure and let you guys know for sure!!!!

        I am really pumped about the second video. I am ready for it. It'snot going to be easy, but none of this has been, and really....the burn just means it's working =] LOL easier said then done, I know. LOL

          Awesome JSJ!

          I have to admit that I do like working out and with other exercises...I get winded or tired and I feel it but SI6 is the only exercise where I've ACTUALLY felt the BURN! It's insane! I cannot do all the arm moves in the video because my arms hurt so profusely afterwards! It's great! I cannot wait to move onto the next one!

          Is there more cardio in the next ones?

            Oh yes girl, me too!! And it's ALWAYS conveniently right around the time she says "if your arms are tired, you can put them at your side!" ahahahah. You can DEFINATELY feel the burn! LOL

            I would definately say yes b/c it's a faster pace. When are you planning on starting? Maybe you could watch the video the night before you start to get semi farmiliar with the new moves, I know I'm going to be re-watching tonight! LOL Oh and if you saw the befor and afters on the dvd right after the start it up, do you remember seeing the younger looking girl in the black bikini that ties on the side?? She was definately my inspiration b/c she's built a lot like me in the hip area, and she's actually in the second one! I am so thrilled b/c I really feel like i can relate to her and she looks amazing!!!!!

              I know what you mean about inspiration! I find Debbie herself so inspiring! I will have to look at the black bikini woman because I have quite the hips on me!

              I am definitley going to start tonight! I need to up the burn and heart rate! I cannot wait! I'm so excited! A little nervous too! He he he!

                It was my first night with Keep It Up! Debbie kicked my butt!!! OMG! It feels so good to have done it! I could barely do any of the butt segment but I am excited to see improvement!!

                  I cannot WAIT to start tomorrow!!!!! Debbie definately is very inspiring but I hate her. LOL. She's got this tiny and articulate, perfect voice and does all the damned moved PERFECT! Ahahahaha Definately jealous! LOL I was a little scared though b/c I don't want my legs to be as bulky looking as hers, but seeing how the other girl didn't get like that, I am completely at ease.

                      Okay so... I DID it!! and OMG I am PUMPED!!! It was definately a MUCH more intense workout and my stomach is on fire!!! LOL

                      The only thing I definately did not get was the part weher you get on all 4s and do the exercises with your legs doing back....my opposite hip kept cramping so I couldnt get all of them done!!! I was so angry at the time b/c she didn't really help you get set up lik she does with everyother one. LOL. I just don't think I had myself right, or maybe I was trying to push my leg behind me too far?? Either way, I definately felt it! LOL

                      I am so proud of all of us, this is definately not easy...and we are fighting through!! We are going to look AMAZINGGGGG!!!!

                        AWESOME JOB! I know the butt/leg excercises totally confused me!!! TOTALLY! So I am with you there!!! Doesn't it feel great to do something that challenging???? YAY!

                        Guys...my eating has been so bad! I am maintaining my weight and my exercises are obviously awesome but I can't stop stuffing myself with non atkins foods! So I am so furstrated!

                        We're all going to look amazing though! One of the cafeteria people at work commented on how different I look! YAY!

                          You'll definate get better with your eating, I know you are not working out this hard to just maintain!! You''ll get there but I think it's awesome that you're working out so hard!!!

                            Thanks hon! I am working out so hard! Eating's still off track but I'll get there! It's a journey right!?

                            Your measurements are AWESOME!!!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!! That's such a motivation. I forgot to take my measurements when I first started but I did when I started Atkins! So I will go with those. I don't know that they were that different (for me). I am definitely SEEING a difference!!!

                            My food is still of course but I could be eating a lot worse!!! Wish me luck!!

                              Thanks so much...after todays workout, I better see some results! LOL. It is so intense, yet I push myself much harder than I did on the frist..but I want oo..it's so weird. I was half CRYING trying to do thoise leg lift things I was talking about yesterday but I ROCKED them!! ahaha. I didnt even do all of them but I am proud of myself. It'll get better everyday. Crazy thing is, I wasn;t THAT sore this morning! Just my back, between my shoulder blades was on fire! That's okay though.

                              You know what I noticed??? If you count the reps Debbie does for the arms, they are off...they were in the first one too. Like the first set of triceps she deosnt do the extra 8 but she does on the left? It's really weird. Count them. Thank God DH does this with me otherwise I'd be too busy cursing out the tv to notice! ahahah

                              Okay girly, you have a fantastic day!!!!

                                Hi JSJ!

                                I did my second start it up today!! Yikes! It was weird! I found parts that I had found hard before easiER and parts that I found easy before...very challenging. Yesterday was my day off of exercise so I have to admit that I found today really hard to get into! I just felt pretty lathargic!! That was frustrating but every workout's going to be different! I am just so proud that I didn't talk myself out of it! Fourth workout this week! 2 Start It Up and 2 Ramp it Up! You're right! I did notice that she does a different number of reps with the arms! The floor routine for the glutes was easier but I can still only do about half of it!

                                You have a great day girl!!!!!! I am glad we're doing this together! It's so great to check in!
