    OK...haven't posted in a while...life took over and then all last week I was sick (nasty stomach thing)...but tonight...I did workout...I did Slim and Limber. I know it's not a heart pounding one, but I didn't want to chance the movements with the past week that I had.

    It felt GREAT to do the stretching...only thing is, I realized that I've lost a lot of flexibility that I had. Need to get that back.

    I'm going "Back to Basics" and exercise is definitely a big part of it, so you'll be seeing me more often!

      Hi you guys,

      Today is my 13th day on Slim in 6 I will start ramp it up wednesday and looking forward.Katie_1985 Im like you forgot to take my measurements but did take measurements upon starting Atkins so I will compare once I complete this workout.You guys are doing great keep up the good work.

        qbu, I am so sorry to hear you were sick! I hope you're doing much better today, and I cannot believe you still exercised! That's definately counting! LOL

        meckab, you go girl! I will update right away! You are a workout machine girl! I hope I can do that much one day!

        Katie...I totally know what you mean. I feel the same way, hopefully it all gets easier and we get bored with it like we did with the first one! LOL

        So I ended up NOT working out yesterday. It was a complete disaster of a day and I couldnt get the dvd to read the cd and I didnt feel like doing it in front of everyone when they were home all day....so I took the day off. I'm still not stopping until I hit 36 days...I think I might just make up for it and not take a day off. I'll see when I get there I suppose.

          QBU - I hope you feel better!!!!! Take it easy!

          Jsj! I am with you!!! My bf and I got last minute tickets last night to a comedy show! I like to work out right before bed so I missed my workout!!! I am going to go until 36 as well but I took Friday and Sunday off this week!! :S We're still doing great tho!

            oh I hope you had fun!!!

            So I got my workout in for today. This dvd is so tempermental and after fighting with it and the cd player, I got ramp it up to work! yay! Now lets pray it holds on until I can get a new one! LOL

              Good for you for getting that workout in!!!! My eating's still not good! I am so frustrated with myself! ARGH! I can't wait until payday when I can stock up on my favourite Atkins friendly foods!

                  I missed my wkout yesterday! WIll be doing it tonight! My dbf has a big exam today so I was helping him study! I haven't done a workout since Satruday and feel awful about it!

                    Hey, so how's everyone doing??

                    Today was supposed to be my day off , but being that I have missed 2 days, i decided to workout. I am so glad to be done with it thought! LOL. I am getting wayyy better at the leg lifts..I just sooo wished she gave better direction with them...she beats the resistance bands exercise TO DEATH but not a new move. LOL Oh well, I'm getting it.

                    I dont know what it is but some days I can get both of my feet up in the air for the crunches, and other days they KILL me. I'm hoping that'll get better as well.

                    I feel reallt proud of myself for making it this far..tomorrow will be my half way point, I NEVER thought I would have made it this far!!! I was getting frustrated b/c I see some difference but not too too much, but I am reminding myself evryday..that as this fat mlts away, it will reveal the toned muscles I am working SO hard to have. I might not see all the results right now, but I can certainly feel them and I know I sure as heck will see them when my body fat % goes down...and I am VERY excited about that.

                    e work SO hard of being meticolous about what we eat..and so many just get down to a goal weight, and are still flabby, untoned....just didn't workout. Exercise is a CRUCIAL part of this...and I am in this for life, I am in this for my health and I know every single day when I get done with my workouts, I am healthier than I was when I started just an hour ago. THAT'S my motivation.

                    Well, I think I might just pop in a dance dvd I have and learn a cool Rihanna dance! yay! LOL

                      Hi Jsj!!!

                      You sound so great hon! I am SO very proud of you!!! YOu're doing so well! Such an inspiration!!! I have had four days off! I am mortified but I am back in the game!!!!! I have been walking but not si6. This is my last day off Atkins. I get paid tomorrow and will finally be able to afford healthy food. I haven't been eating desserts and stuff...just sugary meats, soups etc!!!! I will be working out tonight!! It's gonna hurt but I am going to do it! I won't give up! I am just going to have to tack on more days in my recovery week!!

                      My bf went to his hometown today because his grandmother passed away just a day after he was writing a huge professional exam. Needless to say things have been crazy in our household!!! These things happen but i am not going to give up! So I am still here with ya JSJ!

                      Wish me luck tonight! I am goign to be in so much pain! I can't wait to start eating right too!!! It's going to be great!! My dbf can already see a difference in my body but I can't wait until my diet's under control! He's REALLY see a difference! So will I!

                        Hey everyone!!!

                        Katie..how has your eating been?? I've been thinking about you today knowing you'e been struggling and man, weekends are the hardest! LOL I hope you did have a great weekend though!

                        So, I am officially halfway done with this challenge, and I am SO proud of myself. I cannot believe I made it this far! Only 18 more to go and I will have completed my first 6 weeks! I am definately going to do more than 6 weeks... I love the way I feel when I workout...and hopefully I can get a few others that I enjoy so I can rotate them through.. that'll be awesome! LOL

                        Okay, so I'm done rambling. LOL. Hope everyone is doing great!

                          Who's sweeter than you!!!!!??? My eating is BETTER! WOOT! I am on my second clean day! YAHOOEE!!! Ha ha ha! I have to confess that i haven't done exercise for a week but I hope to tack on more to my recovery week! I am noticing big differences because of it though! MAJOR! Don't worry! You still have a buddy!!!!! I just will go a little longer than planned! Hope I didn't let you down! I think about this challenge and the support all the time! I just had to get my eating under control!

                          CONGRATS ON BEING HALF DONE! YOU GO GIRL! WHAT AN INSPIRATION!! Are you noticing results? I sure am!!!!!!!! Are you still on Ramp It Up?

                            Yahooooo Girl friend!!!! I am SOOOOO happy for you! You must feel like a trillion bucks!

                            I am not going anywhere... I want to go for a second round at the end of this! LOL. Oh and you certainly aren't/won't ever let me down! This is for you! To be honest, I almost gave up when no one posted..and then you started posting!! LOL. Oh and sometimes when I am about to just give up when I think I've pushed myself as far as I can go for the day, I remember that you are doing the same exact workout and that you know how it is and we can go this and I just push! You are an inspiration too girl =]

                            I'm definately still on Ramp it up... it's killer, but I am starting to really be able to push through and get the workouts done. I can't wait to get bored with it! ahahaha

                              I really do feel like a trillion bucks!!!! I feel so great! I feel leaner just after two days even! I am peeing like a racehorse though because I have upped my water again! I am sure you wanted to know that little factoid!

                              This is totally for me, you're right! But I know that your posts ahve always been a motivator to keep going!!!!! Without a doubt!

                              I am not going anywhere either!!! I will be doing more then 6 weeks too!!! I really have a goal for myself of July/August. I turn 23 then and I want to wear a gorgeous dress for my birthday. My personal goal is to crack 200 by July!!! Seriously even after 6 times of Slim in 6...i see major changes! I hear too that the most drastic results come in the last two weeks. So I am revved up!

                              My bf gets home tomorrow and he's a major motivator for me. Plus, my normal routine will be going on with work etc. So, I will definitely be doing si6 tmmw!

                              Let's just keep pushing!! I will definitely do another challenge with you!

                                So, today I will be doing workout number 21! yay! Like out of NOWHERE I can do push ups now?!?!? I couldn't do ONE to save my life before and I can do everyone now! It's like just out of nowhere I could just suddenly do them! Also my muscles on my arms just got definition over night it seems! I know this sounds so crazy, but it's true! LOL.

                                I feel so strong now, and I love it. I did have 2 c-sections so my lower stomach is definately not pretty, but I have to say the top of my stomach has begun to get these 3 lines! yay! one on each side, and one down the middle..which is so much more than I ever expected! I know the lower part of my stomach is not going to be perfect...not even when I'm done but I feel excellent knowing that I am doing everything I can for it to look the best that it can possibly look. Okay so I hit some key on the keyboard and now everything is slanted! ahahah I'ma mess today. LOL

                                Okay well, I am off to fix lunch for myself and the little ones and get my workout in.
