    Hi you guys, I completed my work out today this is day 20.After the 6 weeks is up I plan to do another round.Keep up the good work everyone.

          I am actually really excited to start Burn it up. I did it one day b/c the first dvd wouldnt read...and it was a lot of fun. I love how you're constantly moving. I thnk the hardest part for me was the extra leg lifts. They are killer now...the extra 8 are definately a task. LOL

          I know you're doing other workout vidoes right now.. but have you been noticing a big change?! I would imagin you would be as much as you work out! LOL

            WAY TO GO GUYS!!!

            JSJ! I am so proud of you!!!! YOu're my inspritation! My push up abilitiy is increasing but I can't wait to be where you are!!!! I will be picking up from where I left off because now my eating's under control! The effects of slim in 6 are really taking over!!! My frien came up to me and said she didn't recognize my profile!!! YAY!!!! So I am going to workout for the first time in a week and a half tonight! Sorry it's taken me so long but as I said I am goign to be doing this round and the next!!!!

              You go girl!!!!! I bet that felt so great to get a compliment like that!! I am always around the same people so I havent gotten a reaction like that yet! ahahahaha You must have been cheesing from ear to ear!!!!

              GREAT BOB keeping your eating under control. I swear the first few days are the hardest, and I am so so proud of you for sticking with this!!! And you can totally jump back into th workouts, girl you are seeing the results, it's going to be a cake walk. You already know how awesome these workouts are..and how tough they are..but you KNOW the results! You can do this!!!!

                  Hi hon! Well in TOTAL I have done 8 but since my last restart...4! I am going to count the four but I have had a week and a half break!! It's just been so crazy. I was up late last night talking with my bf...we were working on a bunch of housekeeping issues - planning our holidays etc! Can you believe that at 10:35 pm I still went to the gym for a twenty minute run??? I was really proud! I know it wasn't si6 but I was happy.

                  I will be doing Si6 tonight. I am back in teh May Squat and Push UP challenges and I have increased my goals! The only way I find squats and push ups fun are with SI6. I am actually really excited to do it again. When I was doing my workout last night I coudl see my reflection in the window and I couldn't believe all of my shoulder definition! I cannot believe the quick results!

                  The first few days of eating are the hardest but I am so happy that I am back on track! It feels so great to be in control!!! YAY!

                  How are you doing hon!!!?? XO! I am so excited to see what May's going to bring. I am going home in three weeks and cannot wait to look significantly different!

                  I also found a protein shake that's amazing to use with all the workout's were doing and it helps with my chocolate cravings and doesn't make me want to binge on non - atkins foods at all! YAY for that!

                      JSJ, yes I have notice a big change I have dropped 2 pants sizes and I notice my breast face ,neck, has slimmed down.Im not looking forward to Burn It Up I watched the whole tape the other night and I was like what have I got myself into but I know that I have to complete.You are doing excellent!

                        Jsj....I think the name of the shake is isoplex! I hope I have that right! I have the mint chocolate chip flavour! Yum! Totally kills my chocolate cravings!!! I have heard that isopro is also amazing!

                          Katie, I definately have to try that shake!!!! Where did you get it from? I was looking for one for the longest time but I could only find the soy protein ones and I think I can only have a protein isolate b/c I'm on induction =[ So how's the working out going?

                          Meckab, girl you are doing so good! I still dont know how you do so many workouts!! Wher do you find the time?! You're my hero! LOL

                          So, today my weight is back up AGAIN, and I am so frustrated. Tomorrow marks one month and i am only down 6.2 pounds. I will measure tomorrow and take new pics so I know I will see a huge difference, I just was really hoping to see so much more that 6 pounds of a loss in a whole month. I really dont think I am eating enough...food makes me sick in the morning so breakfast is at lunch time and dinner is at dinner time. Food just makes me so sick in the morning but I am not losing b/c I am not hardly eating enough. So frustrating.

                          So anyhow, I did ramp it up today and tomorrow is my much needed day off and I am so happy. I totally need it. I have also noticed that about halfway thorugh my workouts I breakout in hives and in the beginning they would go away, but now they don't. I don't get it. I'm going to try and post in another forum and maybe someone else to give me some clue as to what the heck it is. LOL

                            I hope you're well! It sounds like you're doing just great!!!! Hmmm...I have NO idea what the hives are about though! Definitely post that in another form and see what answers you get! Weird!

                            Great job Meckab! You're doing awesomely!

                            I don't know where you're from but I got the protein shake from GNC. I don't know if that store's just in Canada or not but it's there! They have great flavours: chocolate chips, vanilla bean, peanut butter and chocolate, mint chocolate and strawberry! YUMM!!! It's great for something sweet without having sugar! YAY!

                            Good for you on your workouts!

                            GREAT news!!! I did 20 minutes on the treadmill yesterday and went for 1.76 miles (half ran half speed walked). Then I came down to my apt and did Ramp it Up! It was my first time in a week and a half!!!

                            Maybe you all can help me. It wil be my sixth time total i think. Should I restart my countdown or just keep going? I am going to be in the next si6 challenge as well but I wanted to ask if this should be 1/36 or 6/36?

                              Um, those other workouts count JUST AS MUCH! LOL I am absolutely counting them! I personally think the first few you did before you retsrated a few weeks back should still count!

                              Oh yea, we definately have GNC's everywhere, I will have to go and check them out. Is it a whey, soy or just a protein isolate?? And are yours in cans already made or was it a powder?? They sound SO delicious, I can't wait to have one! I did see some recipes on here to make these donut kinda things using protein powder! YUMM!

                              SOOO today is one whole month back on Atkins and I a, SO proud of myself for staying cheat free and giving this 110%!!!! I took some pics to compair and I am literally in tears. I have lost 7.8 pounds but I have lost so many inches, it's insane. The biggest change is in my stomach... 3 whole inches around the thickest part of my waist (had 2 c/sections)..andFOUR whole inches off of my abs!!!!!!!!! It's funny though b/c my butt actually got a 1/2 inch bigger and under my arms went up 1/4 inch but I KNOW thats muscle! yay!

                              I couldn't be any happier right now!!!!

                                Ha ha ha! Okay JSJ! Let's count all of them! YOu're such a sweetie!!!! I didn't keep track of those first few. I am going to have to go back in the thread and re-read.

                                So I do have a confession...I feel that this WOE is not for me. The exercises are and I am going to continue on the forum no questions asked because you ladies just encourage me and I look forward to talking to you all. I just know i have to go on Weight Watchers. I have been cheating a lot lately on perfectly healthy low fat foods but they're not Atkins friendly. Plus, I am going home and then to my bf's home for visitis not to mention a baby shower adn I know none of these will have atkins friendly foods. So I will still be around but I need to be on a different way of eating!!!

                                JSJ...it's a powder in a big tub. It cost me 50 bucks but I am a gold member so it might be a tad more! I had the mint chocolate one! SO good girl! I know it's a whey powder but no carbs! SO worth it!

                                7 pounds and all those inches?!? I am so proud of you!!! I am going to do my workout tonight and oddly enough...cannot WAIT!
