i got too tired last night to post my time. jimmy 48 hope you didn't think we all abandoned ya. growing to love my SB ball, but still not getting anywhere near my goal, have been searching the net for some more ideas as far as workouts go. if i can get atleast 12 mins a day the rest of the month, i should still be able to reach my goal.

there are so many different exercises that one can do on the SB. If you have hand weights (even soup cans will work!), try sitting on the ball and doing some arm curls. Sounds easy, but it's a lot harder than standing up or sitting on a regular chair. You can check out YouTube for some good workouts, too.
