    i got too tired last night to post my time. jimmy 48 hope you didn't think we all abandoned ya. growing to love my SB ball, but still not getting anywhere near my goal, have been searching the net for some more ideas as far as workouts go. if i can get atleast 12 mins a day the rest of the month, i should still be able to reach my goal.

      notebooks absolutely work! i have papers all over the place on this desk and 1/2 of them are my ADBB stack. calendars with dates marked on what has to be posted when, who is doing this and what's coming in 2 weeks. how else would i keep it all straight????

      monie, you are so going to make goal! you have a bit of a challenge before you but i know you can do it!

      heidi, what is it about those last couple minutes? LOL you do that almost every month! LOL LOL

      bio, you're nearly there too! you'll have it wrapped in just a couple days.

        monie, you'll get there! there are so many different exercises that one can do on the SB. If you have hand weights (even soup cans will work!), try sitting on the ball and doing some arm curls. Sounds easy, but it's a lot harder than standing up or sitting on a regular chair. You can check out YouTube for some good workouts, too.

        7/24: 20 minutes

        435/450 total minutes (hey, it's almost time to start donating to heidijobio!)

          ok since the last time i posted.... i did

          7/20- 40 minutes
          7/21- 35 minutes
          7/22- 45 minutes
          7/23- 45 minutes
          7/24- 35 minutes and upped my intensity i was going to do 45 but i didn't want to overwork myself

          400/200!!! whew whew

              Wow I'm impressed. I have a hard time getting to 20 minnutes most of the time unless I do the DVD but even with that it's only a few times a month I actually have time to do the whole thing!

                              Im not that much of a mad woman... I either do a dvd... or I sit my fat butt on my stability ball while im watching a movie, tv or listening to music... and just do tons of different exercises... crunches... pushups... medicine ball things i create lol.... biceps triceps... pelvic thrusts ... ok so im a little mad :P but i love exercising.. always have... i just hope i see results !! lol

                              25th- 20 minutes
                              26th- 35 minute workout dvd

                              so 455/200

                              def. gonna up my minutes next month... im suprised... i really didn't even think i would make it to 200... because before this challenge i loved the stability ball but didn't really do that much with it
