    60 + 645 = 705/700

Made my goal on the magnet! Good thing there are so many exercises you can do lol.

I did not prepare a celebration speech, but here goes:
Ahem...I remember the first time I tried to do a pike on the stability ball ... and I was a big shaking mess. Well anyway I've come a long way since that day a couple months ago in ADBB challenges and the gym ... so I would really like to thank the Swiss for inventing this great exercise aid, the stability ball or magnet as I call it. The Swiss make pretty good watches, too. Chocolate as well, but I am not going there!

              8/14: 15 min.
              8/15: 20 min.
              8/16: overslept and forgot, hehe...

              8/29: 18 min.
8/30: 10 min. in the am and 15 min. in the pm (25 min. total)
Today (8/31): 20 min. in the am and 17 min. a little while ago (37 min. total)

I found that writing my goal times for each day on my calendar ahead of time helped a lot with incrementing them each week (barring the occasional obstacle that cropped up, hehe).

And now it's off to the shower, so have a great night, all!!

Thanks for posting all those minutes, Terbear! Good job!!! I set daily exercise goals, too, so that I don't end up with too many minutes to do at the end.
