I should get a ball DVD to get some new ideas. At least with my current routine, I feel pretty secure in knowing that I won't fall off the ball (as often).

bio, the dvd that i have has 3 levels on it. some of the moves are the same basice ones throughout the levels but they get harder to do because of postion on the ball etx. i've only been able to do level 3 a couple times.
i seem to be doing the longer program once a week with fewer minutes on other days. i'll report some mintues today. thanks for the encouragement.

i'm so glad to be at this point. i always want to be 1/3 of the way on day 10, 1/2 the way on the 15th and i'm in good shape here. i wrote a bit about my progress with the stability ball, in my stats journal. brief overview here is that i can keep both shoulders on the floor while doing spinal rotation, which i could not do when starting out. my arm range is better because of some of the moves i can do on the ball.

Jimmie, that's awesome about your improvement!!!!! I think in this month's celebration thread, I'll post links to your stats post about your improvement as well as anyone else that has a specific improvement on what the stability ball has done for him/her. More peeps need to know how good it is!!!
