                  Yes, I do want to stay!! I thought that maybe if you were unable to stick with the challenge for some days you would automatically be dropped out of the challenge. I did stick with my diet, supplements, no weigh, and drinking my water.

                    My advice is to do what you can. I have come up short on some exercise challenges and so what as long as I improved my health along the way and chatted with and supported others in the challenge. As long as you try, there is no failure, only feedback. If you get sick, take care and get better. If you get bored, change it up or give it a rest, then get back in there. My two cents lol.
                    But actually like your motto says, keep on moving foward!

                        lulu, i agree with glenn. just stick with us and do what you can. maybe we can donate our overages to you for the month.

                        the automatic dropping applies to the 6 week exercise challenge. it's done there mainly because of the amount to people to chart for over the 6 weeks.

                          Lulu, sorry to hear that you were ill. Hope you're doing better. Don't worry about getting booted out here, since we're a small group, it's relatively easy for me to update the spreadsheets and so forth. Just do what you can in the challenge. I can recalculate your numbers to account for your sick days, i.e. the goal amount will be less to account for the days you were ill. Hope that makes sense.

                                Congrats to Heidi and gman for surpassing goal!

                                lulu isn't far behind in my view. She started on the 7th and pledged 15 min/day. She did that until she was ill. Removing those sick days, I just need numbers from the 23rd of Sept on....Lulu....where are you?
