Hi Time2Shine....sorry I missed your post...as i see it theres a few different ways.I hold my arms to my side because alot of times I'll use weights when I squat,then slowly bending my knees half way down then just back up again. Some prefer to put there arms out ...I'll add a pic that one of the squatters put in last months post I hope it shows up...
