      Thanks Jo I'm a little picture crazy these days! With my grandkids here to visit and fall sports coming to a close there are lots of opportunities to click away!!!!!!

                        I have to admit, my daily exercise routine is just that...routine. Every once in awhile, I'll throw in something different, but that's only for part of my ball work, not the whole time. I usually alternate between two different routines to work out the various areas, but otherwise, I'm afraid I'm not that creative.
