    It is time for the November Squat challenge. Do them any way you want: a normal Squat, a plie Squat, a one legged Squat, but do them. Great way to shape up thighs and butts.

    Join in by putting your name in Alphabetical order then each time you come in copy/paste the latest list of names then change your numbers
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km

    How the heck would you do a one legged squat?
