Hrm, so far I've had an 8.5 mile run, and hopefully will have time to get in some weights and crunches.

Hi Guys!! I wanted to give this as a current update (and by current I mean the end of week one).. I updated the website with the workouts for this week - so it is *completely* up to date... until someone posts a new workout here. So here's where folks were standing as of Monday:

Umm, we only have to do 20 hours of weights?? I thought it's 30.

Thanks for updating the website! I'm impressed by how organized you are with this challenge. And now that we see the totals, there's something we can actually brag about. Which I guess it's my quick-witted way of saying "You're doing a great job, guys!" :P

I feel lik eyou should have to do 30 and the rest of us will do the original 20. It would make me happier to see you suffer a little bit since you're (obviously) breezing through. :P

Oh, Kristina, my running is quite abnormal, it's to prepare for a half-marathon on Sunday... obviously I have a huge problem with doing weights these days, not with the cardio so much.
