          Yes, that is the longest.....I got measured today by the owner of the gym and he said I was 32-35% body fat. So, I was not having a good morning and decided to take it out on the treadmill. I sweated my butt off.

                    Here. I did 16.3 miles today, and 1.6 miles yesterday.

                    I am going to do some abs work this evening before bed.

                        Hey, sorry bit of catch up needed:

                        20th - nowt

                        21st - 15 abs = 445
                        kb - 1 hr = 8hr 50 mins
                        running - nil

                        22nd - nothing

                        23rd
                        Abs 60= 505
                        KB 1 hr = 9hr 50 mins
                        Run - nil

                        Going running now...hopefully.

                            Abs: 100 = 605
                            KB 30 mins = 10hr and 20 mins
                            Run 2.04 miles = 7.28

                              nothing but 150 crunches.

                              23rd nothing

                              It will be hard oging to the gym this week since my husband works this week. So we will see what I get. Might be only crunches!
