    Is it too late to join the challenge? I've been in la la land, on that cruise... boy do I need a butt kickin'! The food was fabulous, I endulged, and now I'm getting back on the induction track. Two days worth of induction under my belt and feeling fine. Not at all hungry! My body must know that it doesn't need food right now at all because I'm feeling absolutely no deprivation at all! ha! let me know if I can join... athough I'm so embarrassed to say how much I weighed when I came back from the cruise! (OMG!) oh, well. I do know what I have to do now!

      It's never too late-- just adjust your Wk 1 Goal weight to fit the amount of weight you want to lose between now and Tuesday, then start from there!

        I am TIRED! So everytime I get a little..."oh I have worked out every day for 5 weeks straight, I can take a break today", I again vision myself 3 monthes from now remembering me saying that and then not listening to myself and doing it anyways. And hitting my goal!
        Weekends = Harder Workout. Thats because we have more time on our hands, we CAN do this!

          Well I think the bloaties are finally taking their leave! I sure do hope I get a nice big WHOOSH in the next few days for all the work I've been putting in during that mess.

            Well, if Denise and I don't lose weight now, something will be seriously wrong!

            We joined a gym this morning (along with her BF and his cousin) and just finished our first hour-plus.

            We're going to be HURTING tomorrow! And we're going back in at 7:00 am for more cardio...

              That is what I was afraid would happen to me. I take a day off of working out and it becomes 2..4..month break! I am just pushing through the tiredness and committing to every day until it feels like a routine. You are right...we CAN and WILL do this!

                  I know what you guys mean! I finally took a rest day after several days straight of working out! I felt so guilty about the little rest I took, I worked out twice as hard the next day At that point, the rest doesnt even count

                        Yah! Thanks for letting me in the cool club! I love these challenges! They're so motivating! That's when I lost the most wt. So, I can't believe I've gained back 30lbs since my surgery in June and I just came back from a cruise and I think I gained 10 lbs from that alone. However, I am feeling very good and very motivated and very exited to be back on track again for the past 3 days of induction! I'm finding it easy for some reason... I guess my body is extremely thankful to be off the cruise and eating right again! ha! Anyways, here I go again for the last time!

                        I know what you mean about the tired thing! It's so hard to keep up the motivation to exercise everyday! But, just getting out there and moving makes you feel so much better and energized. I'm always so glad afterward... I hope I can keep the momentum going. My plan is to walk everyday for the first few weeks and then start 'slim in 6'. Then move up to running as well. I also plan to do yoga 3 times a week. I have a new 'fat burning yoga' that's an hour long that I've been wanting to try. So, I plan to exercise at least an hour a day, and then also 3 times a week for 2 hours... I think mixing things up reallly is what keeps the metabolism burning... and changing things up every 6 weeks or so.

                        I was confused about something. Is the last number the overall goal or the goal for this 13 weeks? because, realisticallly I won't make it to 148, more like 170 at best.

                              Glad to have you join us Liz... don't worry about the extra poundage-- you'll burn that off in no time! How have you been feeling since the surgery, did you have to re-learn anything, is your son taking things better now, and were they able to fix the problem? A ton of questions, I know, but 've been wanting to ask for a while now.
