      Iyshia, do they need a bit of time to load to your computer? I just did a refresh and at first couldn't see the images. As I scrolled up and down, the images started showing up. All but Amber's, that is. Her files are still "broke."

            I updated my starting weight. My aunt, cousin, my sister, and I are all working on losing weight together this year. We are having a biggest loser party today. We plan on getting together at 7:30 and working out for 30 minutes before hand!! Good luck everyone!!!

                Okay Iyshiaf and other Challengers... here goes!!

                I've dropped my current and goal weghts into the list below. You'll see my current weight is 226, I plan on losing at least 4 pounds this upcoming week and that I want to be in one-derland at the end of this challenge!

                My stats:

                Upper arm: lft-14 - rt-14.5
                Lower Arm: lft-11.5 - rt-12
                Waist: 40.5
                Hips: 51
                Thighs: lft-30 - rt-30.5

                    The resizing of the pics actually came out great! Not sure why, but they look big to you for a short while after you resize and post them--that's only sometimes though--I've had the same problem....but the resize had already taken place, and others saw the pics totally different

                              But... it's pretty ugly out there right now... pouring rain on top of 2 feet of yucky (yet uncharacteristic for Vancouver) snow and lots of low clouds. It's not bad to look at from way up high, but not so fun to walk in - messy and wet!! I can't complain too much though... every once in a while the clouds will lift and I see a bit of that beautiful view I can't get enough of it!

                              I haven't started much of an exercise routine yet. I do a fair amount of walking since I use transit to get to and from work. My biggest walk occurs at the end of the day - the commuter train drops me at the bottom of this crazy hill that I have to walk up to get home. Getting down the hill - 10-13 minutes... getting up the hill - 25-30 minutes!

                              So... my primary fitness goal for this challenge will be to decrease my up-hill walk time to 17-18 minutes!! I know it doesn't sound like much, but I feel it'll be a vast improvement! To help me achieve that goal I will be taking out and dusting off my Slim-in-6 videos this weekend and setting up my spare basement room into a workout zone. I may even get on that crazy Gazelle of mine!

                              Before I forget, Iyshiaf... do you take all of our goals, stats and pics and put them some kind of table to keep track of?
