    1 mile on the treadmill at 10% incline (highest it would go). I could only make a mile, my legs were shaking. I am going to try that again tomorrow and build up to longer time.

    30 push ups
    You are flying thru the exercise! The scale should definitely tilt in your favor this week

          Slight tummy ache today so I took it light. Even though the squats and pushups were still pretty tough for me. Broke a sweat

            So I don't think I will be making goal this week I have been checking ketones a couple times this week and it is deep purple so hopefully some inches are melting away. I had planned to only do measurements 1x/month, but may do it a little early at this weeks Biggest Loser Party.

            What is the date of the final weigh in?

              i will sooooooooo not be making my goal this week because i have actually gained weight
              ive had the flu and ive been drinking theraflu and taking cough crap
              plus if im sick my granny makes me whatever i want

                Hey disney, bummer! Didn't they say on the show that week 2, you never know what's gonna happen?? Sorry you have the flu and I hope you feel better soon and get back on track again soon too!

                    I am not going to be losing either.

                    Liz I agree - second week must be true!! I thought I had lost one pound but stepped on this morning and back to 188. Oh well, we need to make sure we do not beat ourselves up and just remember those working out 6-8 hours on the show see small numbers also.

                      Hate to hear you're not feeling good! I ate something really wrong yesterday and am suffering now, as a result of it. Made me sick as a dog-- threw my brains up this morning, and have been drinking water and sprite zero all day to calm my belly! Since solid food was totally out of the question, I spent the day living off Atkins shakes-- only 2 though...really didn't have an appetite
