    Hi 'Losers'

    Well... even though I've been great on plan, and I'm in ketosis, I only lost 1 pound this week . I chalk it up to 1) a not-uncommon 3rd week plateau (my bod is trying to figure out what's going on ) and 2) my version of TOM (had a hysterectomy last year, but I still have those fun hormones playing with my system!).

    So... here are my stats to-date:

    Weekly Stats:

    226/226/199 – Start

    Week #1 Goal = 4 lbs
    226/223/199 – Actual Loss = 3 lbs (1 lb short of goal) – 1.33% weight loss

    Week #2 Goal = 3 lbs
    223/221/199 – Actual Loss = 2 lbs (1 lb short of goal) – 0.9% weight loss

    Week #3 Goal = 3 lbs
    221/220/199 – Actual Loss = 1 lb (2 lbs short of goal) – 0.45% weight loss

    Week #4 Goal = 2 lbs

    Total Loss to Date: 6 lbs
    Percent Weight Loss: 2.65%

    So as you can see above - my goal for week 4 is 2 pounds. Given my weight loss over the last 3 weeks I'm thinking I should have lower expectations Besides... I'm secretly hoping for a wooshy over the next week and a chance to yell from the roof-tops next Tuesday that I lost more then my goal

    By the way, Debie... great news about the garage-gym!!
    My hubby and I are converting a room in our basement for that very purpose, but like you I have a lot of cleaning & organizing to do to make it happen! I wish I had a friend looking for a place to store his/her eliptical machine!!

                  How many weeks is this challenge????? Just asking so I can set better exercise goals. I am enjoying this challenge. It is keeping me focused and accountable.

                  I went to karate tonight and had to do 100 jumping jacks. I got to 50 and had to stop for a minute. I recovered and finished...but next were the laps. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEW! Just happy I made it through my third class. Stay focused everyone.

                      awww! That was so sad for Dave to be voted off. I can't believe he lost a total of 101 lbs though and was able to go off his diabetic medication! That is so great! It was sad though as he needed to be there so much. Just goes to show though that it works even away from the ranch. So we can do it too!!!!!

                        Goal for week 3- 3 pound loss

                        Pounds lost in week 3- 1

                        I am happy to have lost, but wish weigh day was yesterday! I was at 188 yesterday, then had a hard workout this morning, and am storing the extra water Oh, well, hopefully that will translate into a big number next week!

                          Well done to all those who lost. Keep at it those that didn't, and don't forget how much water weight can add.

                            Week 3 goal= -3 pounds Actual= -0.6 pounds (273.4). I found that aspartame is not my friend and hopefully I will be back on the losing track. Week 4 goal = -3.4 pounds (270)

                                I hadn't done many jumpin jacks, before I go the 30-day shred. Now I make it a point to try and do 100 random jacks, just to stay in the grove of things!

                                I figure a lot of it is TOM....it's about that time. I'm tryin to stay positive about the whole thing, but it blows big time. That fact that I have the sweet tooth from **** this time every month doesnt help either. Even though I'll only munch on sugar free goodies, it can still cause a bit of weight gain
