    yes liv, I love trainer mike (though I give him dirty looks every now and then) he pushes me to do things I would NEVER do on my own and he looks like justin timberlake which isn't so bad anyway 30 more trainer mike minutes today. we did mostly lower body: medicine ball squats, lunges, weighted walking lunges, jumping lunges, cross leg lifts on the bosu ball, leg lifts on the bench, jumping side to side and back and forth over a tube, and we ran an INSANE amount of stairs today (the dirty look was involved then) core work: planks and hip raises

      I could have done with a Mike today as I talked myself out of doing some of the exercises I should have done.
      But I have done some yoga, push-ups, squats, upperbody work and abs over the two last days.

                  30 more minutes today.... today was lower body day with mike, we did TONS of varieties of squatting pretty much 20 min straight, jump rope work, and weighted balancing leg extensions. Core: weighted core swings and lower ab core work. Been a great month ladies!
