yes liv, I love trainer mike (though I give him dirty looks every now and then) he pushes me to do things I would NEVER do on my own and he looks like justin timberlake which isn't so bad
anyway 30 more trainer mike minutes today. we did mostly lower body: medicine ball squats, lunges, weighted walking lunges, jumping lunges, cross leg lifts on the bosu ball, leg lifts on the bench, jumping side to side and back and forth over a tube, and we ran an INSANE amount of stairs today (the dirty look was involved then) core work: planks and hip raises
