    I am not counting my cardio, walking or swimming, as the strength training, only the callanetics or assercize. I am also not counting my 'challenge squats' although they definitely strengthen me.

      I'm only counting strength training, too. Also not counting the squats and the stability ball minutes, since I use them for other challenges.

      45 min yoga, without the breaks between poses

          I did 120 minutes today - 60 of my body pump class and then another 60 in yoga. I need a nap

            No not counting cardio just the strength minutes
            I did yoga too and then I lifted. Upper body work. Tried maximum weights. It burned. Fewer reps but OK

                I woke up this morning feeling great. I got in 30 minutes of cardio intervals on the stepper before breakfast and felt even better. A nice shower and breakfast and it was all downhill from there. Murphy decided to move in with all his baggage and even things that couldn't possibly go wrong, did anyway.

                I just finished my upper body weight training at almost 9:00 p.m. I'm surprised I didn't break something. Soooo 30 minutes weight training. Two days off! Woohoo!

                          Hello all. I'm terribly sorry I've not been on. I've been so sick, bed rest for about a week now. I am feeling so much better today (still sick but feeling better) so I will have to start today.
