        I just did a bit of yoga - on my own because I missed class. I tried to "flip the dog". I sort of got it one direction

          Liv, I love doing yoga! I used to do it every day...and I am really making that effort to do 30 minutes a day again, I swear I was taller when I did it! And I had no back or neck pain either.

                    30 more min: upper: flys, pull downs, assisted chin up machine, pushups, bicep curls, tricep pull downs, band curls and presses upper/lower combo:squats with weighted curls and presses, squats while standing on the bosu ball with machine pulls abs/core: reverse crunches

                                35 minutes of upper body weights, 5-lb. weights 7 reps, 8-lb. weights 5 reps.

                                I don't know when I will be able to do lower body again. My good leg/knee (left) is injured and my right hip almost makes it impossible to even walk.
