        30 min with trainer mike for me today: kettleball swings, legs out turned squats with kettleball lifts, planks, leg lifts on the bosu ball, jumps on and off bosu ball, lunges with medicine ball twists, reverse crunches, chest presses, tricep push downs, and bicep curls

          Okay, I'm finally back! 30 minutes upper body weights. Heavier weights, less reps, added different moves.

          I think I should be allowed to count watching The Firm--it wore me out just watching. As soon as I am able to do a full work out with 8 lb. weights, I am going to start doing The Firm.

            Okay, well, I did 30 mins of lower body which included hip adduction, hip abduction, calf raises, and squats until I managed to pull a muscle. But then I did abs again, which was 100 crunches, and 50 side lunges.

              I say count the firm Sunny. I tried it a year ago and could not do it. Tough stuff.
              I have been keeping up with yoga and today (finally) I did weights again. I did some stuff on the machines, did some push-ups and I worked with dumbbells for a bit. Hopefully I will keep it up. I find it harder to stay motivated in the nice weather.

                    Body pump class. Sounds exciting. Is it hard?
                    I did another yoga class today. Boy she is a crazy teacher. Today she wanted us to do some weird lunge thing. I tried. But I did not succeed. It was hard.
                    Also worked lower body and abs. Over due - I think

                        Body pump again....its alot of fun. And its as tough as you want it to be. I upped my weights again today, We do ALOT of squats, and since I broke my toe again, I did them instead of lunges today. My big toe keeps breaking! I think I may have to have surgery and get a pin put in to keep it attached already, I think this is the 4th time within 18 months.

                          hope that toe feels better claire, i went through that a few years ago with my pinky toe.. it broke 5 times in one year, then miraculously it just stopped breaking, hopefully that will happen for you too!
                          30 more strength min with trainer mike today, mostly lower and core with some upper lower combos: squats with weighted curls and presses, one legged kettle ball lifts for the glutes, planks, double crunches, side steps with the tube, weighted walking lunges with arm lifts and flys, legs turned out squats with ball lifts, tick tock standing abs, & knee lifts

                                You are on a yoga roll too. That is all I am doing too. Even if I had promised to do some lifting. OK maybe tomorrow I'll do some lifting (but there is a cool yoga class I want to make too )
