    30 min today: squats with weighted presses and curls, lunges with medicine ball twists, wide squats with kettleball lifts, knee lifts on the high step, one legged hip raises, bicycles, side to sides with leg tubes, kettleball leg raises

        Are you very limber now G? Do you do wii or do you have a tape or just do it? I love my classes. But today was the last Saturday class for a while. They are closing the gym earlier after the weekend. Maybe I could start to go Thursday night now that Survivor is over. Hmm that is a thought.
        The class today was good. I still need more core strength for some things.

          Nope, I don't have a wii or too much techy stuff for that matter (my dorm room is 3x5 m^2 and most space is taken by bed, desk, shelves, closet, etc.). I have some DVDs which I play on my laptop. The funny thing is that they are in German and I don't understand what the girl is saying, so I had to translate the instructions beforehand.

                  Thursday, May 14: Counting 45 minutes working with the post hole digger
                  Tuesday, May 19: 35 minutes upper body weights (8-lb)

                  All the gardening with the claw, post hole digger, trowel and shovel has made lifting 8-lb. weights child's play. The last time I lifted, it was all I could do to do 6 reps. Tonight I did 12 reps with no problem. I might have to go buy 10 pounders!

                          I did yoga again and some weights too. Only machines as I did not get to the free weights. Day is not over hmmmm. Maybe I can lift while I am trying to cheer on Adam to win Idol..... hmmmm

                              30 min... upper and core mostly... today was ball day with trainer mike... did lots of weight training while standing or kneeling on bosu balls and planks on the regular ball and bosu ball.. great for the core
