      35 minutes 8 lb. weights, with stability ball, plus added exercise bands. I am going to get rid of the jiggle under my arms one way or another. I gave the lats a real workout tonight. That was the longest 35 minutes I ever endured.

        Went to the gym for an hour of weights -- upper body, lower body and core. It's so nice that I'm done with all my classes and exams!

          I did some free weights yesterday and yoga. Today I did a bit of yoga after running. I love that stretching stuff

                  30 min strength... mostly upper, some upper lower combos: assisted pull up machine, pushups, flys, squats with arms pulls, squats with weighted bicep curls and presses, bicep curls, lunges, toes pionted out squats with kettleball lifts
