Im your new Squat Challenge Leader this month. For the month of September i will be keeping an eye on your post's in this thread.
The squat is an exercise that trains the muscles of the thighs, hips and bum, as well as strengthening the bones, ligaments and insertion of the tendons throughout the lower body. Squats are considered a vital exercise for increasing the strength of the legs and buttocks.
