        20 min yesterday (Sep 26). 10 minutes this morning... and hopefully I'll get more in tonight.

        This is a nice list of exercises: Yoga on the Ball
        It's what I've been doing this morning. My brother suggested an extra step in the second exercise: coming out of the inverted V position, roll forward on the ball and do 5-10 push-ups. This adds up to 25-80 push-ups. I did 60... and that's why I only did 10 minutes on the ball. Ouch! Should have known better than listen to my little brother.
