        I've been off sick with the flu for the past few days. Starting to feel better and hopefully back into training tomorrow.

                    Now I did yoga yesterday and today some circuit. I am still doing The Trouble Zone video. Still sweating but I am getting a bit better at it (still cannot do that plank thing she wants us to do) Getting better mean I have to think of changing my lifting.

                      Liv, so far so good with NROL4W. My muscles are bouncing back from the layoff. Not even sore much today and I am getting better at the step ups (yay). Will up weights again tomorrow.

                                I had a lot of ambitions and plans today but I did not follow up. I did some quick workout before my yoga today and then yoga (she always make us do dolphin - did I tell you guys I hate dolphin - especially if it is followed by a plank for a minute)
                                Managed to get in some Jillian Shred this evening - since I was a bit of slacker this morning. Also did yoga last night (before meeting with my kids teachers - I thought I needed some deep breaths before that )
