    1 hour pilates and 45 mins of water aerobics. Geesh! With all the hours I put in you would think I would be a stick. And I don't even keep track of all the walking I do. My metabolism is the pits!

          It seems like I haven't posted here in a year, but my workouts are extremely brief but very, very intense. Cheez...school....

          Also, I think I lost another 3 lb. Time to up the calories. I'm very, very content at 184 lb. I'm looking like I pretty much did 15 years ago.
